The place is conveniently located near downtown and public transportation, and the room was spacious and well-lit, which I really enjoyed.

The only thing that I didn't like is a lady at front deck while I checked in on April 12 at 8pm. She provided me quite a bad service.

The location was central, very close to liverpool, eateries and the shopping mall, and various stops on the way, and there were a church and an opera house a short walk to the venue. All the staffs were very efficient and brilliantly helpful.

The property was absolutely great, and the staff were nice even upon check-out. the location was marvellous as it was close to ferries, the train station, and shopping.

Modern well appointed apartment close to restaurants and services. Excellent location for access to Sydney Olympic park.

I found these apartments to be of a high standard, secure under cover parking was good, recreation facilities were excellent.

I found taht after using the spa, our clothing was bleached and silver jewllery was tarnished.

The whole experience was wonderful. The staff were very busy at time of check-in and I believe handled the pressure very well. the lady I spoke to was courteous, efficient and informative. The room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and generally quiet. Lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom and a comfortable bed - what more could you want?

Perfect hotel with wonderful river views. Amazingly efficient staff. - Particularly good and incredible location. - Set in a very quiet area adjacent to restaurants, shops, historic places, and transport. - Reasonable price for Parramatta.

Everything was wonderful - from booking through to check out.

Did find the separate lifts between blocks a bit of a nuisance & confusing being our first time visit. Not a big problem and will no doubt be much less of an issue on future stays now that we are familiar.

Close to where we needed to be and very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful large and comfortable Appartments. Home away from Home for us. Thankyou very much for such a wonderful stay.

The hotel location was great and incredible next to stops for the free loop shuttle bus. the room had awesome views of the Sydney skyline.

The rooms themselves were a nice size with a view. We liked wake-up service available: D

The room was very well appointed - a good place for able bodied guests

My son is confined to a wheelchair. The premises are not wheelchair friendly at all. At least I could negotiate the cumbersome doors & other entrances for him - I would hate to have to be doing it a someone in a chair by themselves. Also had to park a long way away from lift access - again not a problem for me pushing him, but would be a pain for other wheelchair users
